HOMEMADE DELICIOUS BURGERS

LEARN HOW TO MAKE JUICY AND MOIST BEEF BURGERS AT HOME!!



As-salamu alaykum.

This burger is better than McDonald burger, it's juicy and decadent. It's all these incredible flavors coming together. This is the tastiest burger I've ever made.



LETS GET STARTED!!



  • INGREDIENTS

  1. Ground Beef 1 lb

  2. salt and pepper for flavor

  3. chopped mint and coriander

  • DIRECTION

  1. Mix only the mint and coriander and actually you are going to form burger ball and season it generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Next heat the pan put a little olive oil or any oil you like .

  3. Add the ball to the pan and take a spatula and press it down, flattering the burger.

I like a thin burger because you really get the flavor of that crispy exterior. I also think it lets your topping shine a bit more.

  • So after you cook it 1-2 min, flip it over, this is optional if you want you can add the cheese on top of the burger.

  • Next immediately take it off the heat, the bun I like to use normal burger bun just toast it until it's golden brown.

  • For the sauce you can use the classic mayo and ketchup, caramelized red onions. These are so easy to make and they add this great crunch,and its not too acidic, so you can make this before you make your burger.

  • For caramelized red onions

  1. 1 Red onion

  2. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  3. salt and pepper

  • Directions

  1. Put apple cider vinegar,the water,sugar and salt into a small pan and bring it to a boil over high heat,and the take it off the heat,add the onions,and just let it sit at room temperature for 30 min to an hour and you can use it. That's how simple it is.

TO ASSEMBLE THE BURGER

  • Put the mayo and ketchup on both buns.

  • next add the lettuce, put the burger patty, tomato slices, caramelized onions. That's how I made my burger. Its very simple.

This is a really quick, simple burger, and that's what I like about it.
