Her recipes are amazing . These are the Best Fudgy Chocolate Crinkle Cookies have an irresistible brownie textured center, with a crunch of cookie on the outside! It is one of my favorite cookies.

These are bite size cookies good for slumber parties, holidays or any occasion.

I make these almost once every month as it is my family's favorite cookie.

THIS RECIPE IS VERY SIMPLE

Lets Begin.

• INGREDIENTS

1. 1 cup all purpose flour

2. 1 tsp baking powder

3. 1/2 cup cocoa powder

4. 1/4 tsp salt

5. 1 tsp vanilla

6. 3/4 cup sugar

7. 1/4 cup butter

8. 2 large eggs

9. 1 cup powder sugar, for coating cookies

• DIRECTION

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Set aside.

2. In another bowl, cream together the wet ingredients until combined.

3. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients mixture until a cookie dough is formed.

4. Cover the dough with a plastic wrap refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight.

5. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Form cookie balls, coat in powder sugar and place on the baking pan. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Make sure not to over bake them. Enjoy!
