CINNAMON APPLE CAKE

A deliciously easy Cinnamon Apple Cake made from scratch.


As salamu alaykum. This soft and tender apple cake is packed with fresh apples and features with a crunchy cinnamon apple topping.

This apple cake is good for brunches,excellent with coffee,light and fluffy,coming to you warm, fresh-out-the-oven, in just under an hour.

  • Ingredients

  1. 1 and 1/2 cups plain flour

  2. 2 large eggs

  3. 3 tsp baking powder

  4. 3/4 cup sugar

  5. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  6. 1/2 cup yogurt {Greek yogurt}

  7. 1 tsp vanilla extract

  8. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  9. 2 to 3 Apples

  • Direction

  1. Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease the bundt pan .

  2. In a large mixing bowl,mix in sugar, eggs, veg oil ,vanilla extract,yogurt next in a separate bowl take in the flour,baking soda ,baking powder swift in together .

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and gently mix with a spatula until combined – but be careful not to over mix. keep it aside .

  4. Peel the Apples and Chop them into cubes put those in a separate bowl and combined it with cinnamon .

  5. Take some of the apples and put first in the bundt pan.

  6. Then Combine the batter and rest of the apples together and spoon it into bundt pan .

  7. Bake cake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the side comes out clean.{let it cool completely }

  8. Transfer cake to a serving plate .
